Carolyn and Dick Kleppinger offer a combined total of over twenty-five years of well-rounded real estate experience helping first-time home buyers become successful home owners.  We also specialize in new home sales and in helping retirees find just the perfect home to fulfill their dreams.

Carolyn graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and Dick graduated from Houghton College in Houghton, NY.  We met in 1994, were married in 1995, and together enjoy our six children and sixteen wonderful grandchildren.

We relocated to Ocala the Ocala area in mid-2001, after living and working in the Washington, D.C. - Northern Virginia suburbs for the past thirty years.  We gained repeated recognition over those years in the Virginia/West Virginia/Maryland area as a Top Producer Team in both sales and listings.  We are still enjoying Ocala and look forward to serving both buyers and sellers to the best of our combined abilities.  Our underlying, driving objective is to assist each customer efficiently & wholeheartedly by offering the utmost in personal attention, professional performance and complete satisfaction.
